They are fast acting sticks and will dissolve in cold fluids where other sticks can require more time to dissolve. COAL BED METHANE (HA FWF) STICKS are primarily used to remove water from gas wells. CONDENSATE STICKS (FS-1253C) are designed to be used in wells with hydrocarbons higher than 60%. Some water must be present to enhance the FS-1253C STICKS foaming action in wells with BHT less than 130°F. CONDENSATE Sticks (FS-1253C) are recommended only when over 60% of fluid column is composed of condensate. If the fluid column is over 40% water, it is recommended to use Foam sticks designed for higher water content only or a combination of both CONDENSATE STICKS (FS-1253C) and foam sticks to be more effective in removing the fluid.
