PARATEK 200 is a formulated paraffin modifier that pulls paraffin’s into the oil layer eliminating build up. Because Paratek 200 modifies the wax rather than inhibiting it, there is no requirement for disposal of waste paraffin. Paratek 200 is available in a variety of concentrations from 1% active to 100% active to suit your needs. Paratek 200 can be used in a solvent squeeze process or circulation at normal pressure. 10 000 ppm actives is a good starting point for testing. During the solvent squeeze process, the mixture must be kept under 50-100 psig for 48-72 hours. If circulating, the solvent solution should be circulated for 4 days for optimal performance. .
