BIOSOL MEGASOL

Direction For Use

Heavy degreasing: Remove excessive or loose deposits before applying product. Apply liberally and allow MegaSol to penetrate for several minutes, depending on the severity of the deposit. Additional penetration time or light scrubbing may be required on excessively soiled areas. Rinse well using highest pressure and temperature available. Dip tanks: Ensure tub and basket are clear of sludge, acids and oxidizing materials. Skim floating oils and drain sludge from catch basin to extend product life. Top-up or replace as needed Dilution: MegaSol achieves optimal performance at full strength. However, MegaSol can also be used diluted with water. Dilution rates should be experimented with, starting at low dilution rates and working to higher rates. After water is added, shake container briskly to remix before each use, as over time the product separates from water. Use hand sprayer, pressure canister or power washer.

Additional soak time may be required for solid deposits. Wipe or rinse well with highest pressure and temperature available. Agitation, ultrasonic and dip tanks: Ensure tank is clear of all solvents, sludge, and oxidizing materials. Allow usual amount of time for soaking. Regular skimming of floating deposits and draining of submerged sludge will extend product life. Wipe, air knife or rinse well. Replace with new product as required.
